Orders & Shipping
Most orders in Greater London are delivered within 2-3 business days via our premium courier service. For express delivery (next day), select the option at checkout for an additional fee.
Yes! We ship worldwide from our London studio. International delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on customs processing. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, please contact support@wimorra.com immediately—we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is free for UK customers. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Start a return through our online portal, then place a new order for the desired item. We'll process your refund once the original item is received.
Product Care
Use a soft brush attachment on your vacuum for weekly maintenance. For spills, blot immediately with a microfiber cloth—never rub. We include detailed care cards with all velvet items.
All Wimorra ceramics are hand-glazed and dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing to preserve the finish long-term. Avoid extreme temperature changes.
